General Terms of Use
Article 1 – Purpose
These General Terms of Use (GTU) define the terms and conditions of use of the ThePlayerAI application and platform (“ThePlayerAI” or “the Application”), published by ADA COMPAGNY (SAS) and distributed in the United Arab Emirates by MADYS AVENUE FZCO, as well as the rights and obligations of users. By accessing the site, downloading the ThePlayerAI mobile app or using the service, you accept these GTU without reservation.
Article 2 – Definitions
“Application” or “ThePlayerAI”: the mobile and web application available on iOS, Android, Android TV, Amazon Fire TV and LG webOS. “Service”: all features offered, including digital signage management, AI content generation, multi-screen broadcasting and social network management. “User”: any individual or legal entity accessing the Application or the Service. “Content”: any text, image, video or other media element displayed or managed via the Application. “Publisher”: ADA COMPAGNY, with local distribution by MADYS AVENUE FZCO, IFZA Business Park, DDP, Dubai, UAE.
Article 3 – Access to the Service
The Application is available free of charge under the free plan, limited to a certain number of screens. Paid plans (Starter, Business, Professional, Premium) are subject to a monthly or annual subscription. The Publisher reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time, with or without notice, in particular for maintenance or updates.
Article 4 – Registration and Account
Use of the Application requires the creation of a user account. The User undertakes to provide accurate, up-to-date information and to keep it current. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for all activity carried out from their account, and must immediately inform the Publisher of any unauthorised use.
Article 5 – Use of the Service
The User undertakes to use the Service in compliance with UAE laws and regulations. It is notably prohibited to: broadcast unlawful, defamatory or discriminatory content or content infringing third-party rights; use the Service for spam, phishing or any other malicious activity; attempt to circumvent security measures or access unauthorised features; resell or sublicense access to the Service without the Publisher's written consent.
Article 6 – Intellectual Property
All elements of the Application (software, design, texts, logos, AI algorithms, the name “ThePlayerAI”) are the exclusive property of the Publisher and protected by intellectual property law. The User retains ownership of their Content; by uploading it to the Application, they grant the Publisher a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to store and display it within the Service.
Article 7 – Personal Data Protection
The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy below. By using the Application, the User acknowledges having read this policy. The Publisher undertakes to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on Personal Data Protection, as well as the GDPR where applicable.
Article 8 – Liability
The Publisher implements all reasonable means to ensure the availability and proper functioning of the Application. However, it cannot be held liable in the event of interruption, technical failure or force majeure. The User is solely responsible for the Content they broadcast; the Publisher cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from use of the Service.
Article 9 – Termination
The User may terminate their account at any time from the settings of their workspace in the Application. Paid subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with the terms of the plan subscribed to. The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these GTU, without notice and without compensation.
Article 10 – Governing Law and Disputes
These GTU are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates for UAE subscribers. In the event of a dispute, the parties undertake to seek an amicable solution before any legal action. Failing an amicable agreement, the courts of Dubai shall have sole jurisdiction.
Billing and prices
All prices displayed on this site are in AED, with 5% UAE VAT added at checkout. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard.
Privacy Policy

We collect only what's necessary: account details, screen settings and basic usage analytics. We never sell your data.
Storage
Data is stored in Middle East data centres for fast delivery across the UAE.
